EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your new lingerie!
If you don’t love what you purchased, most items may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 10 days of receipt of the product. We do not offer credit card or cash refunds.

Return items must be in new* condition with tags attached. For the health and safety of our customers, no returns may be made on any items with a gusset except for swimwear. Swimwear may be returned only if the gusset liner is still in place and the bathing suit is in new* condition. All hosiery, accessories, special orders, gift certificates and sale items are final sale.

*New means unworn, undamaged, without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached.
