Service Description

At Suelto we understand that some women and couples prefer to arrange a time to shop outside of typical business hours. Please understand that to offer this service we are extending our time and expertise in a one-on-one setting. In exchange, we ask for a non-refundable deposit. Your full deposit will be applied to your purchase and valid cancellations result in your deposit money applied as a credit to your customer account. Budget $100 for this service and we guarantee you'll spend the money and leave with a lengthy wish list!

Cancellation Policy

BRA FITTING APPOINTMENTS are gratis during business hours. We do not charge a fee for this service but we do ask that you kindly cancel your appointment with us ONE DAY in advance should you find yourself unable to attend. AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS require a non-refundable deposit. We ask that after hours appointments cancel ONE DAY prior to their scheduled time. In the event of a canceled appointment deposits will be applied to the client's account in the form of trade that may be used for a future appointment or product purchase. Clients who do not show for an appointment, nor cancel, forfeit their deposit entirely. BRIDAL & GIFT REGISTRIES do not require a deposit when scheduled during store hours. We do not charge a fee for this service but we do ask that you kindly cancel your appointment with us ONE DAY in advance should you find yourself unable to make your appointment.
