Suelto is Bozeman’s local lingerie boutique stocking a curated collection of sleepwear, swimwear, activewear and lingerie. We are

a full-service bra fitting and personalized shopping boutique. We are currently seeking a new team member to fill-in as needed on

weekdays and the occasional Saturday. Additional hours are available during holidays, sales and special events. We are open to

adapting the position to incorporate stellar skills you may bring to the team.

      6:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday.

The perfect candidate is a person who enjoys working with people, especially women, is experienced with sales, has excellent

communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, a creative side for merchandising, and loves working with beautiful products. Professionalism is a must. We would prefer retail experience, but it is not required. If you are the perfect candidate,

we will train you. Moderate lifting and time on your feet is required.
Other skill sets we would love to have would be:

  • Social Media knowledge and usage including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms
  • Experience with QuickBooks Point of Sale and Microsoft Office products

Job duties include:
Customer Service:  Our stellar customer service is part of our brand as many women leave our boutique feeling both comfortable

and sexy, something they may never dreamed to be possible. Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing ‘Customer

Journey’ for each customer in the boutique. You will be hands-on with customers.
Inventory Management:  Receive inventory, proficiency with inventory management within Quickbooks POS in order to sell,

enter and order product. Familiarize and learn about all inventory, fabrics and designers.
Communication:  Liaise regularly with sales reps on exchanges, defects, orders, special orders, etc.
Bookkeeping:  Handle daily sales, returns and exchanges and perform day-end reconciliations
Merchandising:  Swap mannequin displays and the store-front regularly to emphasize different merchandise and develop ideas for improvement of merchandising.
Store Appearance:  Maintain cleanliness and appearance of store. Sweep and/or shovel the store-front daily.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media sites including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Other responsibilities:  Assist with sales promotion activities and store design; educates self and clientele on merchandise, events,

promotions, policy and services; open and close the boutique.

This is a year-round position and we request that only candidates who are committed to working year-round apply. Saturday
